The owner, Kelly Shirley, staying true to her hospitality roots, opened this social house as a beautifully functional space for intimate social gatherings.

Featuring a cool, neutral color palette with organic accents of alabaster and marble. These components paired with modern touches and updates make The Hutch & Hive a beautiful blank canvas where clients can truly see their vision come to life; bridal showers, corporate events and meetings, baby sprinkles, or any other private event.

FAQs

  • Rental space comes furnished with one marble table that can sit up to 12 peple or could double as a foot table. We do not have additional table and chair retals available. However, we work closely with local rental companies who will help accommodate your needs for the space!

  • Yes. You will receive one hour for set up and one hour for break down with each rental for no additional cost.

  • We do not allow burning candles for our events. However, you can have battery operated candles.

  • You are able to purchase your own alchohol however, it is required to utilize Froth and Bubble Mobile Bar Co. to serve any alcohol for more than 10 people.

  • Yes. Please see our package options for more information.

  • You may bring your ow food for up to 10 people. More than 10 people we require a licensed and insured caterer.

  • Yes. There is parking in both the front and the back of the building. All of the surrounding businesses close at 5pm.

  • Yes. We have a dumpster around back and furnish trash cans/bags. (See cleaning requirement)

  • Yes. There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $150.

  • Yes. 1/3 of your total rental fee.
